Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the mistake was caused by ELVTH. Digital products, downloadable content, fitness programs, coaching services, and customized items are non-refundable once purchased or accessed. Once an order has been shipped, ELVTH is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
