Once reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on product availability. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the mistake was caused by ELVTH. Digital products, downloadable content, fitness programs, coaching services, and customized items are non-refundable once purchased or accessed. ELVTH currently offers nationwide shipping, with plans to expand in the future. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as ELVTH is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, ELVTH is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
